Membership
Joining ABKA provides the support and knowledge of our Association and allows you to participate in our talks and activities as well as loaning our beekeeping, honey and wax equipment. Membership of our Association also includes public liability insurance, bee product and disease insurance.
Since ABKA is affiliated to both the Yorkshire Beekeepers Association and the British Beekeepers’ Association (BBKA) our members are also members by default of the regional and national organisations, which provides access to a wealth of information, support and events,as well as a regular copy of the monthly magazine BBKA News.

Diary dates for members
Our talks programme will resume later in 2020. Depending on social distancing measures and CV-19 restrictions we plan to make use of Zoom video or webinar for our autumn talks, hopefully with some face to face get togethers later in the year.
